Well, it has taken a couple days but here are the photos taken during the Ephemeral Sculpture Workshop Saturday at Summit Art Space. Thanks to Pat Sargent and all the students, we had fun and managed to go in about a million creative directions. Here's the proof:
This group of shots shows the beginning of work after a brief introduction. It took a little time to get started but then the artistic fur flew!
And then there was a room filled with the transient results of an hour.....
Rumour has has it that some of these will end up in the rain or snow to see if the ephemeral nature of these sculptures can be enhanced. Thanks to all who attended, it was a terrific afternoon art party!
Back from the lake, it's pretty much peak there but the black walnut that Larry planted from seed has lost some leaves and doesn't have high color. More shots of the lake tomorrow. And some art soon as well.
